It aims at everybody individually, the management, executive personnel and all our employees. OPEN COMMUNICATION WITH EMPLOYEES
We do not hide misconduct. If employees report a real or an assumed misconduct in good faith, we will not tolerate intimidation or hostile action of any kind. Reporting misconduct “in good faith” means that an employee believes that what he or she is asserting is true, whether a subsequent investigation proves that the report is true or not.
At Optima Spanntechnik GmbH we use mistakes to continuously improve our products and processes.
DIALOGUE WITH COOPERATION PARTNERS
As a principle all business information of our partners as well as their company secrets are handled sensitively and are kept in confidence. Necessary documents are compiled and stored appropriately and returned or destroyed on request when the cooperation has ended.
Our customers and business partners are treated in a fair manner. We listen to our customers’ and business partners’ wishes, requirements and expectations so that we can guarantee that they are implemented in our products, services and other processes in a focused way.

b) Gifts offered by our employees.
Gifts offered by ourselves must not exceed reasonable limits of our business relationship or exceed a reasonable material scale. The donnee must not relate any obligation to the gift which might influence any business decision.
As a basic principle Optima Spanntechnik GmbH does not make donations to political parties, to individuals or organisations whose targets do not comply with our corporate philosophy or damage our reputation. Donations are always made in a transparent manner.
BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION
We do not tolerate any form of corruption or bribery regardless whether our company assets or third party’s assets will be damaged. We use monitoring mechanisms to prevent bribery, theft, misappropriation, fraud, tax evasion and money laundering.
Our employees are not allowed to accept or offer courtesies of any kind (cash money, travels, gifts, etc.) which are related to an improper advantage (award of order or project, etc.).

Our executive personnel observe the applicable law, rules and regulations in their area of responsibility to the best of their knowledge.
We expect our business partners and their suppliers to also respect applicable laws. This applies in particular to import, export and domestic trade in goods, technologies or services but also payments and capital movements.
Breach of economic embargos or regulations on trade, import and export control has to be ruled out by our business partners and their suppliers as has to be terrorist funding.
